-Lead the execution of the company Visual Merchandising strategy, visual standars, and non-pogged In Store Marketing (ISM) implementation across all pertinent areas of the store.-Solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create and maintain inspiring presentations.-Assess store visual standards to help elevate visual presentations in A&A, Home, Company Space, LTOs, and Brand Launches.

-Assist in managing and training a staff of 30+ employees.-Oversee and fulfill all hiring needs.-Oversee visual transitions and train the visual key carrier-Organize and execute Kendra Gives Back events, shopping parties, Color Bar parties by Kendra Scott™-Develop key relationships in the community that will help drive awareness and build our brand to be a part of the community.-Communicate with corporate to maintain appropriate supply levels

-Coordinate ROC Office Hours schedule-Plan/organize weekly ROC meeting agendas and action items-Create weekly action item list from ROC meetings-Conduct one-on-one meetings with all ROC Coordinators as needed-Coordinate ROC Trainings and Retreats (internal)-Submit events, trainings, deadlines, and programs on UPost and Collegiate Link-Liaison/member of The Loop (Student Life’s student advisory board).-Research trends, benchmark schools, new ideas, etc. for program improvement-Research “gaps” in involvement opportunities, i.e. organizations or programs that do not, but should, exist on campus-Manage any overall assessment efforts of the ROC and student organization programs

-Complete paperwork to be sent to campus organizations and sponsors-Compile and organize reports for current campus organizations -Update and maintain campus organization files and budget -Assist organization leaders with completing responsibilities and administrative duties-Answer multi-line phone system; take messages, direct calls and monthly meetings-Coordinates events for training organization presidents-Develops content for training sessions

-Create a positive in-store experience for every customer.-Greet and assist customers with a smile and positive attitude.-Be an ambassador for the Banana Republic brand in-store and in the community.-Assist with visual merchandising and general store maintenance.-Participate in inventory management and organization.-Make quick and smart decisions within store and Corporate guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.-Collaborate with team to maintain store respect, cleanliness, restocking and communicating issues to Manager or Assistant Manager.-Embody and practice the GAP Industry’s culture with customers and fellow employees.
