A rooted passion for improving health and serving others has inspired me to become a nurse. I provide a personable and compassionate approach with a focus on quality, safety and better patient outcomes. I am currently a student at Paris Junior College where I am enrolled in the ADN-RN Program, and I am scheduled to graduate in August of 2024. After completion of the NCLEX-RN, I plan to further my education through obtaining my BSN. My long term goal is continue my education with the intent of applying for CRNA school. I have gained skill and knowledge in the healthcare profession while working as a LVN on the stepdown unit at Paris Regional Health, as well as a Certified Nurse Aide at Legend Healthcare and Rehab in Paris, Texas. Contributing to the role as a nursing student and future healthcare professional, I have accumulated five years of customer service experience working in retail, as well as three years' experience of infant and childcare.
