1st party collections based call center position. All Firestone/Bridgestone affiliates stores and past due credit accounts. Understanding hardship programs, payment arrangements, scheduling multiple payments, credit card accounts, Firestone promotions.

Customer service position for Firestone credit card and affiliates cardholders. Answering questions regarding balances, minimum payments, interest rates, late fees, credit limit reviews, balance transfers, website issues and questions, and closing accounts.

Customer Service division of DialAmerica, I began this position in February. I work as a customer service representative helping members of Care Improvement Plus with their Medicare Advantage plans. I go over benefits, basic claim information, provider/pharmacy look ups, transfers to other departments, and overall customer service, our goal is to try to resolve the members issue in one call. I absolutely love my job, the people I work with, and the time I spend while working.

I was at TJ Maxx for two years, I started off as a floor associate in the Accessories department of the store. I dealt with shoes, handbags, socks, womens athletic accessories, and accessories in general. I then became a cashier as well dealing with credit card application and being awarded for November 2010 as one of the top credit card apps for the store. I then moved on to learning the Mens and Kid department, the fitting room, and having a brief stay in the jewelry department before I left. I enjoyed working at TJ Maxx a lot, and I have many skills to show from working there.
