Human Resources Business Partner
Current• Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, composing offer letters, and completing background checks• Spearhead the summer intern program (recruit, hire, plan/create variety of engagement opportunities / network opportunities)• Coordinate and consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recommend strategies.• Built orientation / welcome process for new employees.• Work with Team Leaders to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by division.• Spearhead initiatives including those related to learning and development, employee engagement and retention• Develop and oversee employee retention efforts, focusing on company culture• Educate and provide guidance to employees on common HR topics• Track and analyze relevant HR metrics• Assist in planning, managing, and coordinating various people functions• Aid in resolving interpersonal conflict as needed• Fully plan and coordinate employee events for 300+ guests including finding and securing location, catering, agenda, entertainment, and logistics along with the promotion of those events to internal staff
