-Maintain Salesforce database -Assist with training and mentoring of sales team including Salesforce training -Compile leads and delegate to sales team members -Collaborate between sales/marketing team, underwriting, and risk management department -Event planning and coordination -Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, and metrics. Monitor all performance indicators.

Responsible for Cable TV and Digital advertising platforms post-sale activities for multiple Regional, Retail and Automotive Account Executives. This was including post-sale stewardship, inventory management, post-sale reporting, creating a strategic make-good and/or under delivery plans, and providing exceptional execution in a complex environment for the full life-cycle of the clients campaign.

• Manage all aspects of the media buying process (both print and digital) including research, quoting, placement, and invoicing. • Oversee several major clients over an extended period of time. • Negotiate vendor rates to comply with client's budget, while maximizing company profitability. • Review advertising orders and client creative prior to media distribution. • Troubleshoot all errors and negotiate make goods.

•Contact and gather all aspects of vendor information including rates, mechanical,distribution, and demographic information• Liaise with advertising manager to determine additional information on a case- by case basis• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy and completeness of data before it is entered into the proprietary database.• Research supportive data for client proposals• Research media entities to potentially include Refuel's media offerings• Conduct market research using the phone, internet, industry books, libraries, etc.
