I love creating interactive, engaging, and fun training for adult learners in the public and global health fields. I’m an enthusiastic trainer and instructor of adult learners with varying education and literacy levels. My experience ranges from creating training for clinicians and community health workers to field and management staff.I have extensive experience, to the tune of 15+ years, in training program design, development, and facilitation. My areas of expertise include curriculum writing, training of trainers, and development of materials to support learning, including job aids, reference tools, and decision-making guides. I am an adept collaborator with cross-functional teams of global stakeholders, program managers, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and web programmers to develop high-quality, high-impact training materials for learners.I am particularly passionate about Community Health Worker programs, HIV prevention and treatment efforts, reproductive health, leadership, and capacity building.
