The creation of Bigfoot Web happened organically. As CEO of Bigfoot's sister company, Zenman, since 2011, Caitlyn understood the need for awesome web presence and killer marketing at a lower cost. As Zenman continued to mature and the price point increased to reflect the experience, the sales team was sending a tremendous amount of business away, largely from startups and entrepreneurs who needed a website and marketing, but were not prepared to pay Zenman's prices yet.Instead of continuing to refer this business away, Bigfoot Web was born. Bigfoot's goal is to create great quality websites and digital strategies that are less expensive and time-intensive, allowing us to deliver a more cost effective product.Bigfoot Web launched in the fall of 2015, and we have worked with various verticals including restaurants, non-profits, dental/medical, MMJ, startups, and many more.

Caitlyn Fagan is the Chief Executive Officer at Zenman. She has spent over a decade in the Digital Marketing Industry and has a variety of professional experiences in marketing and media operations, process improvement, interactive marketing, and project management. Caitlyn started her career in Miami, Florida working in Account Services. Her career in Colorado began as a Social Media Marketing Manager for a small agency in Littleton, Colorado where she was able to showcase her passion for helping to grow small businesses by creating and telling their stories on a variety of social networking platforms. She joined Zenman in 2011 and has held multiple roles there, including Project Manager, Director of Operations, and most recently, Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Caitlyn is responsible for making sure Zenman's vision is realized and carried out every single day by creating an environment that fosters the company's core principals. She also maintains Zenman's internal operational structure to assure scalability and profitability. Caitlyn works to ensure that the focus is always on excellence and relationship-based business operations, in an effort to produce award-winning and innovative work for each client. Caitlyn's many roles at Zenman gives her key insight in to every piece of a project because she has been involved at every juncture. She has worked with clients such as Denver Public Schools, The Lumineers, Kota Longboards, Colorado Innovation Network, Frontier Airlines, Boppy, GolfTec, Re/Max, Special Olympics, and many more to help them find and tell their unique story online to solve an array of business challenges and objectives. She's found that the digital landscape has the greatest opportunity to really help people by fostering great relationships, sharing knowledge, and producing work that can quantitatively grows businesses. At the end of the day, helping people is truly what drives her.

As Director of Operations, Caitlyn ensures that Zenman's everyday activities run smoothly. She is tasked with setting parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively Zenman is operating in every area of the agency. She also removes obstacles for the team so they are able to perform their jobs at the highest level. Caitlyn brings her passion and unique abilities to each project she works on, making sure that Zenman over delivers every time.

Oversee all facets of WebPresence Marketing from start to finish, including social profiles, SEO and backlinking work, localization, content generation, email newsletter campaigns and daily upkeep.Utilize Twitter, Facebook, Google+, FourSquare, and other social platforms to create brand personality for clients, drive traffic to their website and keep fingers on the pulse of what their customers want and need.Conduct market research to determine specific requirements and potential for brand. Interact with clients and their customers to create viable and meaningful relationships.Launch sweepstakes and promotions, generate content, and encourage active engagement to generate results.
