I have a varied customer base working at a salon and offering a mobile service. I organise bookings, order stock and manage accounts. I promote myself through social media and design all my own graphics and promotional material.

In this role I developed essential customer service skills partaking in general duties that included dealing with customers, taking orders, taking payments and cleaning the cafe.

During my time in this role I worked in a kiosk alone dealing directly with customers, I managed money and loaded with my manager. I also worked in the main cafe waitressing, often dealing with difficulty customers and cleaning down the cafe each day.
