Design and produce marketing materials that effectively communicate desired keymessages and achieve established goals and objectives.• Work closely with Marketing Manager in the development of marketing materials to promote the museum exhibits and films, including print and digital ads, emails, billboards, posters, event invitation and museum signage, among many others.• In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist, coordinate updates of the museum's site, assist with HTML coding for websites and email campaigns, and oversee multi-platform testing for email campaigns prior to release.• Modify and refine materials to meet requirements of clients, under guidance of the Marketing Manager.• Collaborate with marketing team members and clients to ensure that established goals and objectives are being met.

Assist the Exhibit Graphics team in translating new, interesting, and unique ideas into graphic components. Working closely with other museum teams to established museum standards and ensure projects are completed effectively resulting in satisfactory outcomes for managers, project teams, and clients.• Participate in project team meetings to lead discussions on exhibits, offering creative ideas, time estimates, and design suggestions for exhibit experiences. Prepare and present to project teams and clients preliminary sketches, including detailed templates and style sheets, graphic layouts, and print material and substrate specifications.• Collaborate with design team and exhibit & graphic production staff to ensure that designs are meeting project goals; including financial, learning, and creative goals. Evaluate feasibility of graphic design ideas, based on factors such as appearance, function, serviceability, budget, ADA requirements and production costs/methods.• Advocate for universal accessibility in the design of exhibit experiences. This includes the creation of multiple language exhibit graphics. • Understand and prioritize work, with that of team members, work groups, advisors, and contractors to ensure that the workflow is efficient and in line with the project's goals.
