I took the Clifton Strengths assessment to figure out my top five strengths. Which turned out to be:1. Responsibility2. Individualization3. Discipline4. Analytical5. ActivatorI think growing up as an only child helped me gain those strengths and now that I'm older I see how important they are to have in the professional field.I look at the strengths that were generated for me and I cant believe how true to life they are.You will never see me without my planner, and if you do, pay close attention to my hands because I am always taking notes or writing things down that I need to do. That my RESPONSIBILITY, I have to remember the things people count on me for. I love people, but I think that it is important to see people for who they are. A lot of times I say to myself,why do people act the way they do?I like to figure out who people are and what makes them unique and then figure out what they are best at.
