My role within this position is to head KINF's Mission Impact department, which includes it's National Programs, Volunteer Program, and Impact Data.

My role within this position is to oversee the management of PHIMC's workforce development program portfolio and to identify and pursue new opportunities to add to this portfolio. My responsibilities include supervising four program managers, overseeing program budgets, totaling over $1 Million, managing annual grant applications, conducting audits of program files to comply with grant requirements, expanding partnerships with community organizations, schools, government agencies, businesses, and community members, and creating new program materials, including member handbook, program policies and procedures, and documentation management systems. Additionally, I identify and lead training opportunities for PHIMC's staff and serve on a committee that manages PHIMC's policies and procedures related to organizational capacity.My biggest accomplishments in this role have been adding three projects to PHIMC's Workforce Development portfolio and leading the redesign of the organization's internal performance review process.

My role within this position is to manage all aspects of the National Health Corps Chicago, an AmeriCorps program with the mission to foster healthy communities by delivering and connecting those who need it most with health and wellness education, benefits and services, while developing tomorrow's compassionate health leaders. My responsibilities include, recruiting, training, and supervising 20 AmeriCorps members annually, recruiting, training, and monitoring partner organizations to host AmeriCorps members, conducting bi-annual performance evaluations and host site visits to monitor both AmeriCorps members and partner organizations, leading a team in the planning and implementing of a week-long member orientation annually and monthly professional development trainings, managing a $400,000+ budget and maintaining all program systems, documentation, files, and reports to ensure compliance with AmeriCorps grant regulations.My accomplishments in this position include integrating a new individualized professional development planning tool into the performance management process, creating a new member training model that aligns the National Health Corps training curriculum with the member experience in order to create more relevant and effective training, accomplishing a 100% completion rate for the program for the first time since its inception at the organization, and presenting the National Health Corps training curriculum at two conferences.

My role in this position was to manage the day-to-day operations of newly launched Healthy Communities Corps (HCC), an AmeriCorps Program with the mission to increase food security in Chicago. Additionally, I assisted in the management of the National Health Corps Chicago, a second AmeriCorps Program at the organization. My responsibilities included providing mentorship and supervision of eight AmeriCorps members, monitoring eight partner host site organizations at which the AmeriCorps members were placed to ensure that all aspects of the HCC program are successfully implemented and in compliance with AmeriCorps grant regulations, recruiting, training, and providing technical assistance to all members and host site partners, and maintaining all HCC program systems, documentation, files, and reports to ensure compliance with AmeriCorps grant regulations. My accomplishments in this position include successfully launching the HCC program within a high-pressured six-week timeframe and designing a four-step national recruitment process that resulted in the recruitment and placement of 90 AmeriCorps members across four different cities.

My role in this position was to assist in all of the Pantry's operations, including but not limited to, coordinating volunteers, receiving and processing donations, taking inventory and placing food orders with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and generating monthly reports. My accomplishments in this position include redesigning the volunteer scheduling system used to manage 45 volunteers each week to resolve scheduling conflicts, creating new tools for generating numbers for monthly reports in order to make compilation more efficient, and contributing to food distribution policies as an active member of the food team.

Created and implemented a developmentally appropriate curriculum for up to 15 two-year-old children; Responsible for childcare in accordance with NAYCE standards; Chaired weekly team meetings to identify problems in the classroom and develop solutions
