Responsibilities include: finding and securing a location, food, drinks, entertainment, camper/camper parent/counselor testimonies, guests; writing the script and making the powerpoint; designing center pieces; getting raffles and other activation necessities donated in-kind; facilitating the night-of volunteers and the plan; executing the event; processing payments; thanking attendees/donors.
