As a member of North Bay's Executive Team, I oversaw company’s marketing, PR and leasing efforts for both student and market rate portfolios, including developing the full stack marketing suite and establishing strategic partnerships designed to optimize full funnel “lead to lease” performance and achieve company’s occupancy and budgetary goals. Additionally, I architected and deployed North Bay’s enterprise-wide technology roadmap for the company, including prospect acquisition, smart access control for residents and staff, virtual property management, resident portal and online payment solutions.Parted ways with North Bay as the organization faced significant financial challenges that ultimately led to its closure in Summer 2023.

Led and managed a multiple award-winning team of 20 in the strategic planning and execution of all enterprise marketing and communication initiatives for nation’s second largest affordable housing development and management company, representing 35,000 apartment units across 250+ apartment communities totaling over $8B in owned properties. During this time, I oversaw the successful branding, marketing and lease-up of more than 30 new construction projects across 11 states, consistently achieving or exceeding pro forma forecasts to stabilizationADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS OF NOTE:The Marketing team won four industry awards in the categories of Best Overall Marketing Campaign and Best Branding Campaign during my tenure.The Marketing Department consistently scored highest in job satisfaction amongst all other departments based on annual internal surveys, as well as the lowest employee turnover company-wide every year (including zero attrition during two years of COVID).In 2018, I presented the concept of a scholarship program to Executive leadership, which was formally launched as 'Opportunities Front Door’ in 2020. In 2022, the program gave away over four hundred $5,000 scholarships to residents and Dominium employees and their families, totaling $2 million in tuition grants.

Served as a strategic partner with Property VPs to assess the portfolio’s day-to-day marketing operations, budgetary goals, leasing and current / future occupancy trends.

Led a team of five in the deployment of organization's strategic marketing efforts, including advertising and PR, trade show, email marketing, collateral / packaging, social media and loyalty programs to establish clear market position, product offerings and brand. Partnered with Sales team to successfully launch over 100 new products and several new product brands into Target, Best Buy, Walmart, Costco and other big box retailers.
