I look after an innovative project; Glocal Teen Hero, which is a platform for teenagers, where they can showcase and share their initiation and achievements, who has not yet been established. Throughout my career, I have grown my skills in corporate management that lead me to lead a huge project – Glocal Teen Hero. As a Global Lead of the project, I look after planning and implementation of the project in collaboration with multiple stakeholders; corporate, governmental and international organizations at a national level. On an annual basis strategizing and reaching out to about 50,000 teenagers inside the country, by managing a team of over 70 employees, interns and volunteers, to make them understand about the platform for their development, growth and majorly for the recognition of their efforts towards impacts in community. Coordination with jury panel from diverse backgrounds; for the finalization of winner, Mentors, Sponsors, Schools and College. I focus on further connecting the teenagers with right opportunities for the sustainability and expansion of what they have already been doing. Under this project, I also chair the Glocal International Teen Conference, which I initiated from 2017. Every year, we get a team of 70-80 country representatives from 40-50 different countries which I lead to talk about teenagers activities and impacts, we select about 20-25 teenagers every year to participate in the conference along with Glocal Teen Hero. I head the franchising of Glocal Teen Hero, where we have already franchised out the platform to India, Bangladesh and Sri-Lanka. I look after monitoring and evaluation of the local team in each countries and also assist them in planning according to the TOR developed by our team. I honed my ability to align team to work towards common goals. I take constructive approach and understand corporate management . As a role of Associate Director, I plan, organize and direct the day-to-day operations of every department. Also, strategize and make plans and decisions for operations of new project of Glocal Pvt. Ltd. I believe in constantly challenging myself to embrace new learning experiences.
