As a Client Specialist, I specialize in supporting our banking and research end users within the Global Accounts. I am responsible for training end users on our products, such as Eikon, ThomsonONE.com and Thomson ONE Research Analyst. I proactively reach out to my clients in case they are in need of assistance and continually build relationships with them. It is my job to know their workflows and what they are most interested in seeing on our platforms. I am a valued resource for my clients and a trusted adviser.

As a Client Specialist Associate, I was a part of an intensive training program. The first two months were composed of training on Eikon and other Thomson Reuters legacy products as well as training on general financial markets. In addition, we frequently met with senior and managerial level colleagues in regards to their experiences and visions for Thomson Reuters' future. During the next four months, I shadowed current Client Specialists while they went onsite to train clients as well as assisted them with in-office projects. I also continued product and industry training. In January 2016, I was placed on the Global Accounts Client Specialist team in New York City, concentrating on banking and research users within large sell-side banks. I continued to take on more responsibilities and assist current Client Specialists. In June 2016, I graduated from the Client Specialist Associate Program and was given my own clients to further develop relationships with and continually assist.

As a Teaching Assistant for the Entrepreneurship Department, I attended class to help the professor present information to students, collect assignments and take attendance. I graded students' assignments as well as kept records of the grades. In addition, I was available to meet with students to assist them with their weekly assignments.

While working as a Research Assistant for the Psychology Department at Lehigh University, I transcribed recordings of past studies. I also helped video tape an ongoing study related to children's emotions.

While interning at Rockwell Automation I created marketing collateral and reference profiles for sales to present while trying to win potential new customers. This included meeting with engineers to discuss past projects, writing the profiles/brochures and finally, proofreading and finalizing the finished product with managers. I greatly improved my writing and editing skills as well as my skills in Publisher and PowerPoint.
