I’ve been born and brought up in Delhi and am a qualified Chartered Accountant. I have been working in the Portfolio Valuation team at Kroll where my work involved valuing illiquid investments of Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds into Equity and Debt instruments of Private companies where I used various valuation techniques and methodologies and worked on various valuation models. I’ve taught commerce students for a year in a renowned educational Institute. I’ve been a part of the Direct and International Taxation team of Dewan P.N.
