Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activity and results to include identifying, pre qualifying, interviewing and hiring qualified Store Managers , Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisors. Campus Recruiting. Day to day activities include research, cold calling, resume review, resume sourcing and initial phone screen and in person interviews with Management candidates in Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee.
