Sell successful candidates on cities that were currently being prioritized by the company in order to meet teacher deficit and business growth. Manage a large pipeline of candidates and assist candidates in working through the Visa Process, ensuring that they were meeting the exact visa requirements of the city they were going to be working in. As this role was being done during COVID where candidates were often in the pipeline for extended period of time due to restrictions on international travel it was also of key importance to maintain exceptionally strong relationships and engagement with candidates to ensure that they trustedand stayed invested in the company and role.

Monitoring the recruitment efficiency of our in-house recruitment team, and of the recruitment team in each city, and giving assistance and feedback on strength and weakness points where necessary. Assisting in the creating and subsequent coalition of data for the quarterly “Employee EngagementSurvey” sent to all employees. Making regular “Site Visits” to our Franchise cities to assess and train on both Recruitment and Retention of staff.
