As well as general management of the team and mentoring and coaching more junior staff, both in my team and in our Franchise teams, I was responsible for a number of national projects across our whole Franchise Business Unit relating to HR, Recruitment efficiency, employee induction andfurther certifications, as well as ensuring that our team met their recruitment targets of over 300 teacher arrivals each year. Development and Implementation of online “Recruiter” Training Course for Franchise level Recruitment and HR Staff and Managers and of a custom SalesForce based Recruitment and HR CRM, used by all 50+ Franchise Cities. Planning and hosting in person and online training sessions relating toRecruitment, Marketing and HR matters and implementation of industry Certifications (CertTESOL) in key Franchises for the first time. Responsible for assisting in company and nationwide training on various aspects of the recruitment process (such as selling the company and position, marketing specific locations, visa legislation etc) in order to reduce arrival times of International Staff and make the recruitment process more efficient. Monitoring the recruitment efficiency of our in-house recruitment team, and of the recruitment team in each city, and giving assistance and feedback on strength and weakness points where necessary. Assisting in the creating and subsequent coalition of data for the quarterly “Employee EngagementSurvey” sent to all employees. Making regular “Site Visits” to our Franchise cities to assess and train on both Recruitment and Retention of staff. In addition to this, conduct Focus Groups with both International and Local Staff in order to better assess strength and weakness areas within a city and then feed this back to the HR andmanagement teams.
