I earned a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2008 and then an MBA in Business Management and Entrepreneurship in 2010. During my graduate studies, I worked as a Graduate Assistant at the university with the Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurship. I was involved in teaching and supporting entrepreneurship and innovation in the academic, business and nonprofit communities by hosting seminars, lectures, and other various learning/networking opportunities. I also worked closely with the Family Business Forum which is associated with the Institute.I am currently employed full-time with my family's business, U S Kitchens & Baths. Since 1929, the business has specialized in designing and remodeling kitchens and baths primarily in North Jersey, and is currently in its third generation of family ownership.
