• Directed daily operations of two properties in Staten Island by orchestrating staffing, team training and development, directly supervising 80 employees and 7 managers, and developing annual budgets for both properties valued at $6M in annual revenue. • Implemented a Players Club Program, securing 2K members, and implemented sales & marketing strategies to significantly enhance the growth of the facility. • Managed a range renovation project and a capital improvement project at La Tourette Golf Course, ensuring budget and timelines were achieved.

• Ensured that preparation and set up of all events were performed in a timely manner, met critical deadlines, and ensured events were executed in accordance with the golf club’s standards. • Coached, developed and supervised three managers and 40 employees. • Fostered and promoted a cooperative working environment with cross-functional departments. • Promoted to Regional Manager role for delivering outstanding leadership skills and performance, while eagerly taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
