Supervise a team of senior program analysts and evaluators with an emphasis on the DoD’s Intelligence Programs. Manage and direct complex reviews, participate in inter-agency overarching issues, oversee, direct and control all phases of the project to achieve desired results. Prepare and staff draft and final reports. Plan and manage comprehensive quantitative and qualitative projects on the effectiveness and efficiency of highly-complex DoD-wide programs.

Responsible for creating, coordinating and conducting all unit SIGINT training to include theapplication of current, relevant signals intelligence platform capabilities, SIGINT and IntelligenceOversight courses, and linguist development. Further, coordinate, develop and train soldiers onbasic Soldier ethos and other unit training including, EEO, Suicide Intervention Training, and SexualHarrasment/ Assault Response Training. Coordinate with other military units to provide continuousSIGINT support. Manage SIGINT databases and tools, prepare and supervise the release ofintelligence assessments and briefings. Conduct constant quality control checks in order todetermine validity and relevance of information gathered about targets and networks. Part time, 16hours per month, two additional training weeks per year.

Conduct signals developmentand processing, to include collection, processing, and dissemination of high-priority intelligenceinformation derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes.

Perform CI and force protection screenings of contract linguist and support personnel. Analyze past, current, and future vulnerabilities of hostile organizations. Conduct comparative analysis, research, observation, and interaction.

Perform translation and analysis of Russian technical and tradecraft manuals and technical andintelligence data providing timely and responsive intelligence support.

Provide technical and administrative supervision to Battalion Training Developers and oversee allcourse development work. Coordinate instruction in signals intelligence / electronic warfare andother courses taught at Goodfellow Air Force Base.
