Currently working as an Associate QA Lead at 2K, where I have been working for the past 2 years.I joined the company as a junior tester, and I was steadily developing my knowledge and improving my skills, resulting in my quick promotion to Senior Tester and, not long after that, getting the Associate QA Lead position.In 2K have worked in several different projects of completely different genres, some of them big and some of them smaller. I have also worked with and managed multiple teams. Learning how to identify the needs of the projects and balance it with the needs and strenghts of the team working on it is a challenging but fullfilling part of my job, as well as gathering feedback and ideas to try to improve the processes and tasks for the benefit of the project and the people I work with.Previously, I worked for 11 months as Compliance and Certification Tester at Electronic Arts and, before that, for more than 4 years in the Tourism sector, where I acquired skills in customer care and attention to detail, as well as learning to negotiate with service providers. I learned to manage several projects simultaneously and to work under pressure.The multiple tasks I carried out during these years granted me a high level of adaptability, as well as capability to learn and organise several tasks at the same time, and also communication skills that have come in handy in stressful situations or for resolution of conflicts.
