Also define the certifications and technical training roadmap that our engineers requires, and the bonuses and incentives based on their performance and the achievement of goals, in the seek of innovation to motivate our employees we use initiatives like the “career objectives initiative” that establishes when an employee can be promoted based on the achievement of certifications and implementation hours on key projects.A side role is to take the function of architect and project manager for large and strategic accounts.

Syrtec was a personal Enterprise, it was a consultancy services company dedicated to IT, with focus on Virtualization with OpenSource Technologies, it Security, Network Design and custom solutions for Small Businesses.During his work on this company he was required to run the financial management, the seek of new business opportunities, the evaluation of potential businesses, networking of strategic alliances, managing the relationships with suppliers and partners, and the design of the offered products.

The main role of this position it was to design and run functional tests with the objective of assess and measure the performance and features of the technologies and products offered to us by our partners and suppliers, discarding the ones that did not match the minimum quality, required characteristics or features offered. The role also required to compare and evaluate the main competitors of the products from our suppliers to understand if that product provides the best value and at the end if it was a good investment for the company. The results of our tests were matched with the commercial evaluations performed by other department under the same management In this area we did not have permanent stuff for the test and evaluation, but the role had the attributions to recruit Project based Workgroups, according the Project requirements and employee skills and knowledge, testing a load balancer requires a different set of skills than testing an ATM His first assignment on this company was the role of senior IT security consultant working for the R&D department. He also performed other roles as project manager and SAP Profile Consultant

During his work on this company he had to create and run the windows hosting and housing department, including the design of infrastructure and the recruitment of 2 engineers to make the stuff necessary to run the department. Previously he had the mission to create and run the post sale technical department for clients with Internet dedicated connections.
