As a partner at Íntegra Associados, I lead restructuring projects for large and medium-sized companies, including judicial recovery, performance improvement, and M&A. I develop relationships with C-Level executives for opportunities and interim management positions within Íntegra’s clients. I am a member of the Turnaround Management Association, actively participating in seminars, discussion panels, and other events with key players in the restructuring industry.

I led restructuring projects for companies in multiple industries, working on multiple fronts such as strategy definition, financial analysis and modeling, negotiations with creditors, development of judicial recovery plans, and leading creditors' general meetings. I also handled judicial recovery processes alongside top law firms in the sector. I participated in M&A processes both in and out of distressed environments.

I participated in M&A processes across multiple industries such as healthcare, oil & gas, and financial institutions, including a US$100 million sale and a US$1 billion private placement. I developed industry analyses, financial models, and valuations. I organized and led due diligence processes and prepared pitchbooks and other materials for executives and shareholders of major companies.

I participated in multiple processes with large multinational companies, winning 5 out of 9 RFPs and generating US$100 million in revenue across 4 countries over the following 5 years. I conducted 10 training sessions on International Cash practices and products for over 90 product and sales specialists. I also developed a weekly reporting and projection model for the department's strategy.

I redesigned and improved the department's monthly reports. I developed a growth action plan with the sales team, including detailed market analysis, trends, competition, and defining Santander's "fair share" within client portfolios.

I developed management reports and presentations for the Local and International Cash Management teams, providing KPIs and other relevant information for strategic decision-making within the department.

I participated in the management of new projects for the Bus Division in Latin America, coordinating vehicle development timelines and acting as a liaison between Engineering, Procurement, and Sales.
