Fondazione Agire is the innovation agency of Southern Switzerland, with a mission to promote innovation and technological development, contributing to enhancing economic competitiveness and the creation of highly qualified jobs within the region.After completing a one-year internship at Fondazione Agire in 2021, I had the opportunity to rejoin the team in a full-time position starting in late 2022. Research Assistant for the Media and Journalism Institute (IMeG) involved in four nationally directed projects led by Dr. Eleonora Benecchi on behalf of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) Institute:‣ "How to Reach Swiss Digital Natives with News" (2019-2020): Project aimed at understanding the relationship of young individuals with news and their future expectations in the field of information. Organized and managed interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic research. Compiled a final report.‣ JAMES 2018, MIKE 2019, JAMES 2020: Projects focused on understanding media usage among children aged 6-12 (MIKE) and young individuals aged 13-20 (JAMES). Coordinated the team of collaborators, organized interviews, administered questionnaires, and conducted interviews in various schools in the Canton of Ticino.Student Research Assistant for the project "Visualized Relationships - Functions and Problems," funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, directed by Prof. Dr. Katharina Lobinger within the Institute of Digital Technologies for Communication (ITDxC) (2018-2020). Managed the website, organized events, transcribed data in English/French/Italian using F4 software, drafted the data management plan, and stored the data.
