Input warranty service jobs into the New Holland warranty system and attach the necessary and correct service codes for each step of the process. This requires a working knowledge of the mechanics of the farm equipment and an understanding of the language used by the service technicians. Often the language used by them does not match up to that of the warranty codes so the ability to interpret and associate two terms for one part is a daily part of the job. After the jobs are coded I submit them to New Holland for payment. In the event of a denial, or partial denial, it then falls to me to defend the actions of the service technicians and justify the labor and parts being claimed.

Input all service call and in-house service jobs into the computer after finishing. Bill to customer, follow up for unpaid bills. Pass warranty service jobs on to the warranty administrator. Compile various mailings at different times of the year, create fliers for events, organize information as needed.

Fielding phone calls from various health professionals. Often my role is to listen to the details of a particular patient, watch video of their gait and help evaluate for what level and style of orthopedic bracing is appropriate. After product delivery, my role moves toward ongoing fit and function support. I pull the molds of the patient's feet/legs and mark adjustments where needed and then communicate those adjustments to the lab technicians who then remanufacture the product.

Receive the orders and input into the computer system. Identify orders that are unique, likely to cause confusion, or need a rush and then walk them through to their respective department. Take phone calls for off-the-shelf product orders and receive payment for them. Package finished orders properly for safe and prompt shipment.

Lynden, Washington

Seasonal work. Sort raspberries as they come through on a conveyor, stack flats of raspberries, off-load product onto pallets. Drive harvester precisely down designated rows, on designated order. Must stay alert for long hours in extreme weather-heat and rain-and watch for obstacles in field or mishaps on machine which could hamper field work.
