Chris Caldwell is the Strategic Technical Manager for Hunting's Subsea Technologies Division (formerly RTI Energy Systems) and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas in 1995. Chris began his engineering career providing product design and finite element analysis services to clients in industries such as medical device, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and defense. His management tenure began at NASA contractor Johnson Engineering leading a large team of engineers designing spaceflight hardware for shuttle resupply missions to the International Space Station. In 2002, Chris joined Hunting (formerly RTI) with a focus on bringing titanium products to the energy market. In his current position he holds both technical and commercial responsibilities for Hunting’s titanium product lines and serves as the primary technical liaison to Hunting’s major oil & gas customers. Chris has over 25 years of progressive engineering leadership experience and a passion for product development.
