Hello my name is Cale Bennett and I am a sophomore in the Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. I attended Speedway High School in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2023. While I was there, I passed ten AP tests and earned my varsity letter in five sports. The last three summers I have worked with the maintenance crew at Speedway High School. Being at work from 6 AM until 3 PM everyday in the summer on top of having workouts for basketball and soccer really pushed me to manage my time better. It also gave me the relentless work effort that I carry with me to this day.This will be my first year at Purdue as I spent my freshman year at Indiana University. During my time at IU, I was able to join Tee Off at Kelley, a club dedicated to networking through golf. My networking and business interaction skills have grown immensely through the club activities. Golfing is also something I love to do and this has given me the opportunity to play while taking advantage of the great opportunity to grow and develop as an aspiring marketing major.I am currently looking for a possible marketing/sales internship in the Indianapolis area this summer and am excited at the opportunity to continue to hone my skills specific to marketing.
