With over eight years of experience in cardiac rehabilitation, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of medical exercise. As the Cardiac Rehab Supervisor at Parkview Health, I oversee the daily operations and quality of care of the cardiac rehab team, which consists of exercise physiologists. I also collaborate with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. I hold the Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) credential and the Exercise Is Medicine (EIM) credential from the American College of Sports Medicine, which demonstrate my expertise and commitment to evidence-based practice and education. I have also developed and implemented several programs and initiatives to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of cardiac rehab services. I am driven by the mission of improving the quality of life and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease for people with cardiac conditions, and I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence in my work.
