I started with Fortinet as a Level 1 Network Security Support Engineer and have moved on to Level 2 Network Security Support Engineer. Opportunities have arisen for me to assist in other areas such as course ware development, training and customer on-sight pilot projects.

Duties: •Manage production team by ensuring dead lines and time budgets are met, maintain smooth, organized work flow, prepare production forms and provide detailed job information, prepare job board and details for daily production meeting, ensure quality control.•Provide backup and Support for the sales department and in house accounts.•Consult with owners on the best business practices and efficiencies.•Research, recommend and negotiate price for production equipment and printable substrates.•Liaison with the service technician for the printers.•Inventory control; watch and maintain fabrication and production stock levels, prepare purchase orders and receive stock, itemize and barcode key items.•Manage and maintain the logistics of clients inventoried items; prepare items for shipping to events, track, categorize and barcode items, provided updated reports of clients inventory quantities and their location.•Various administrative duties; programme and maintain phone systems, collect and review production time sheets as well as pay sheets, file and archive finished jobs.•Perform employee reviews and corrective action.•Assist in new hire process.Accomplishments:•Key player in doubling shop production volumes and reducing overtime.•Implemented large format colour printing department and assisted in the acquisition of the printers.•Directed the implementation of a Windows NT Network•Designed and implemented job catalogue and archival system for quick reference and client requested reprint.•Planned and implemented disaster recovery backup system.•Planned and directed the implementation of ready to order stock items for quick insertion into production flow.
