I frequently use design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Marq to craft appealing marketing materials like flyers, posters, and other graphics, ensuring they resonate with our audience.

In my role, I research current events and craft monthly blog posts, newsletters, and whitepapers focused on relevant news in healthcare that is pertinent to our clients. I also conduct research projects, such as analyzing the effectiveness of remote patient monitoring in rural versus urban populations, utilizing Certintell’s RPM database for data analysis. Additionally, I schedule and publish engaging social media content using platforms like WordPress, MailChimp, and Canva.

I handle over 20 provider calls per shift about dosing, prior authorizations, and drug shortages, while also recommending over-the-counter products to enhance patient care. I manage medication inventory effectively and perform precise dosage calculations with 100% accuracy. My skills include pharmacy operations, retail sales, customer engagement, insurance, HIPAA compliance, and certified immunization.

Additionally, I am trained in IV room procedures, sterile compounding, and non-sterile compounding, where I prepared IV fluids and verified dosage accuracy as specified in the prescriptions.
