SEO & SEM Management: - Optimize website content for search engines, ensuring high rankings for relevant keywords.- Manage SEM campaigns, including PPC advertising, display ads, and retargeting, to drive traffic and conversions.4. Performance Analysis & Reporting: - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.- Provide regular reports to the management team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.5. Online Advertising & Promotions: - Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.- Design and implement promotional campaigns for events, seasonal offers, and new services.6. Customer Engagement & CRM: - Manage CRM tools to segment audiences, automate marketing, and personalize customer communication.- Engage with customers online, responding to inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly.7. Partnership & Collaboration: - Collaborate with external agencies and influencers to enhance the resort's digital marketing reach.- Establish and manage partnerships with relevant brands and events to align with the resort’s brand goals.
