Hello! I am currently an undergraduate student at Ohio University studying Marketing and Sport Management. I am appreciative to be a part of a long line of excellent students at one of the most prestigious Sport Management programs (and the first) in the world. However, I cannot forget my reason for doing this, and that is to provide the best possible experience to the fans, and to give back the same excitement I felt when I was younger.Additionally, in my time at Ohio University I have begun to get involved in multiple organizations including Ohio SBA, Sigma Alpha Sigma Mu, and Delta Sigma Pi. For Ohio SBA (Sports Business Association) I am the VP of Marketing in which I am tasked with running all of the social media pages and communicating with the current members. In terms of Sigma Alpha Sigma Mu, I was accepted into the organization amongst an application pool in which only 30% of applicants were accepted, and now have membership in the nations ONLY Sport Management Honors Fraternity. Finally, for Delta Sigma Pi I was 1 of 20 to be given a bid to a prestigious professional fraternity, and underwent a 5-week pledging progress filled with various networking and time-management responsibilities.Over the course of my undergraduate career at Ohio University, I hope to gain valuable experiential learning opportunities in the industry of sports, especially in regards to the sectors of fan engagement and community outreach.
