I am a highly technical and driven individual who has a passion for problem solving. Throughout my tenure of supporting SaaS applications in both customer-facing and technical roles, I have become an expert in high-level troubleshooting, defect identification, and production stoppage prevention.My passion lies in applying my skills at the deepest level, troubleshooting the most difficult and complicated issues, as well as documenting solutions and providing guidance for colleagues. Utilizing my investigative skills in Splunk and other SQL-based databases, knowledge of HTML, and CSS has allowed me to position myself as a Subject Matter Expert across all areas of production and development environments alike. My true drive for being the absolute best at my role has been to help others. My core desire to make my colleagues lives' easier, as well as make the customer experience the best it can possibly be has given me more joy than I can express. I am so profoundly excited by and motivated to make my mark on this industry, setting the example of what technical skills and customer service should look like.
