I am a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in respiratory therapy and clinical management, specializing in pediatric and complex airway care. Since 2011, I have worked in diverse clinical settings, including Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and University Hospital Medical Center, where I provided critical respiratory care in neonatal, pediatric, and adult intensive care units. In my current role as Clinical Manager of the Complex Airway and Transitional Care Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, I lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering advanced respiratory care to patients with complex conditions, while also focusing on optimizing patient transitions and care planning. As part of my leadership role, I have successfully introduced and implemented new ventilator tailored to the unique needs of our patient population, ensuring improved care delivery and outcomes. Additionally, I serve as an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State College, where I teach and mentor students in respiratory therapy, helping to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in patient management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and leadership, and I am passionate about advancing the field of respiratory care through continuous learning and professional development.
