I am an aspiring information technology professional with a passion for data management and a strong academic record. I have recently achieved a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Strayer University, where I maintained a consistent 4.0+ GPA and acquired skills in database design, SQL, and data analysis.I have also gained valuable hands-on experience as an Information Technology Help Desk Assistant at West Rowan High School, where I assisted the Technology Facilitator and the Media Specialist for seven months. I provided technical support and troubleshooting to students and staff, distributed and collected loaner devices, and created and managed documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools. I demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, as well as a keen interest in learning new technologies and applications. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to pursue a career in the information technology field and contribute to the advancement and innovation of data-driven solutions.

  Assisted the lead Technology Facilitator and Media Specialist for the duration of my senior year of high school. My primary responsibility was to aid anyone who came to the window that I could; this included the distribution and collection of loaner devices, clearing up simple confusion on how to use an application, and troubleshooting issues with applications or the laptop as a whole to the best of my ability. Secondary responsibilities included aiding the Technology Facilitator on any and all tasks they deemed appropriate, such as document design and distribution, managing and operating the printer, and maintaining a clean and functional workspace.
