CurrentAs a key contributor in my current role, I specialize in three critical domains: Cloudguard, where I excel at the intricate process of onboarding cloud environments. This involves setting up custom rulesets tailored to compliance standards like HIPAA and NIST800, and generating comprehensive reports for EC2s and VMs. In the realm of Zscaler, my expertise lies in crafting custom exceptions and providing adept troubleshooting to resolve any issues that may arise. On the Ivanti (formerly Pulse) front, my responsibilities extend to configuring new standalone VPN appliances and resolving complex VPN outages through meticulous troubleshooting.My overarching goal is to ensure compliance within our operations, focusing on managing user access to specific webmail and URLs, as well as overseeing VPN access. The healthcare industry, where I predominantly operate, demands a heightened level of precision and security. One of my notable achievements includes devising and implementing an innovative user access method. This strategy significantly limits user permissions to the bare minimum necessary, enhancing our overall security posture.
