I am the swiss army knife of teachers. Whenever a teacher quits mid semester I take over the class until administration can find coverage. This means that I lesson plan, give and grade assignments, and issue grades while I'm in charge of the class. I am sent from the regional superintendent to wherever there's the greatest need.

I teach Biology, Health, Earth Science, and Physical Science to at risk youth in English and Spanish.

Using customer service and sales experience sell Medicare advantage and Rx plans to senior citizens. This is a fully remote position.

Seasonal position - As an outbound representative my job entailed calling people who had expressed an interest online for Medicare plans, qualifying those individuals, and then transferring them to the appropriate licensed agent.

As part of the premium saves team my job involved reselling the value of DIRECTV programming and encouraging customers to upgrade services and equipment. As an outbound sales representative my job included calling leads to offer financial counseling and refining leads to transfer over to progrexion sales agents to sell financial and legal services using computers and multiple line phones.

As a substitute teacher I was responsible for traveling to the school where I was assigned and carrying out the lesson plan left by the teacher. I was also responsible for maintaining a positive educational atmosphere to facilitate learning.Achievements. In the short time I was substituting I became a highly recommended substitute and several teachers would request me by name.

As a team lead I was responsible for a team of ten employees. My duties included creating incentives and strategies to increase the effectiveness of the agents on my team. My team and I would conduct outbound calls to generate leads for several online universities.Achievements: I started at Mr. Network with no phone sales experience and was promoted to team lead in less than a week.

As route manager I was in charge of increasing sales in the Provo/Orem area, delivering quality frozen foods, and providing quality customer service.Achievements: When I started at Schwan’s the routes that I was given were averaging $300 - $500 in sales per day. In less than a year I had increased sales on those same routes to average $1000-$1500 per day.

My job involved disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling industrial food production equipment in a factory setting. This position required the use of high pressure water hoses and heavy industrial chemicals. It also required obtaining a valid food handlers permit.
