After my time at A&D I was offered a job at State Fire where I was given a higher apprentice role and started getting measurements and installing the pipe on my own. While at State Fire I also worked many hours as a Fire Sprinkler Servicer where I took on a more customer service role and repaired already existing systems for clients in a professional cleanly matter while attending to the customers needs and issues.

While I worked as a sprinkler fitter I worked at A&D Fire Sprinklers were I earned all necessary safety certifications and my aerial Boom and Scissor lift operating licence. My daily tasks including showing up well rested and prepared for a safe work day, moving tools from the truck to the job site in a cleanly safe manner, preparing the job site for the work day, fabricating and preparing pipe from measurements given by a journeyman, and assisting the journeyman with installing the pipe.

Fully engage Cardholders, resolves questions and complaints. Respond to inquiries concerning credit card transactions, products, services, fees, Billing errors, payments, or any other Cardholder related request. Utilize branded sales, listening and negotiation techniques when responding to Cardholder requests and actively working to identify opportunities to provide services, offer free products and balance transfers as well as card related Offers/benefits, resulting in added value to the Cardholder.Have authority to fully satisfy the cardholder in a respectful manner, using a sound and Reasonable decision making process.

Prepare and deliver online orders that exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, and freshness. Scan and bag products to fulfill customers’ online orders while paying particular attention to specific customer instructions. Ensure quality and freshness of all items while meeting and exceeding timeliness and efficiency standards. Process orders through the Point of Sale system and loads bags into customers’ cars. Maintain the intake of customer orders to ensure customers are helped quickly and efficiently.

Ensure deliveries are correct and delivered in a timely manner while maintaining a positive customer service experience, while not on deliveries you are helping team members inside the store to relieve as much pressure as possible on the store. Pizzas need to be made quickly while also still looking appealing to customers. Keep the front of the store cleaned and stocked while also helping customers as needs arise.

Promote a fun work environment by making sure every guest experiences a clean and welcoming environment, quickly clear and clean tables for guests and the team serving them, make sure the building is stocked up with all of the items the guests will need to enjoy the famous culinary fare, dispose of trash and other items that will detract from a safe, healthy and fun experience for the team and guests! Deliver food in a timely manner for guests to enjoy, support team mates by expediting and garnishing food orders and handling plates and flatware, help ensure the smooth operation of the site by completing all pre and post shift duties correctly and with an emphasis on teamwork and enhancing guests’ experience.
