Develop an in-depth curriculum of intensive text-study in both Hebrew and English for a large group ofhigh school students.

-Develop, and teach teens to develop, inventive and original t’filah experiences both in-person and online.-Guide BBYO chapters in preparing for Jewish content services, ritual, programming, and activities.-Tutor novice teens to confidently and competently lead portions of their B’nai Mitzvah service including reading Torah, writing and delivering divrei Torah, and Shabbat liturgy.-Collaborate with other staff members to infuse more secular programming with Jewish content or aspects.-Facilitate and adapt curriculum about global Jewish history, identity, value concepts, culture and more.• -Travel to BBYO regions across the country to lead t’filah, facilitate learning sessions, and assist inlogistical and administration tasks.

Travel to University campus for one Shabbat per month to lead davening, run programming, teach, andmeet students for one-to-ones.

Provide a mix of pastoral support, mentorship, networking, Jewish learning, and Jewish leadershipempowerment for nearly 400 alumni, ages 18-33.

-Work with clergy and educators from SVARA: A Traditionally Radical Yeshiva, and Silverstein Base Hillel to craft a mixed-level curriculum for learning Talmud in Hebrew and Aramaic.-Teach basic Hebrew, including alphabet, nikudot, roots, vocalization, and rudimentary vocabulary to college students and young professionals.-Evaluate each session and implement changes during the following session.-Lead thought-provoking discussion about contemporary implications and applications of ancient texts.

-Manage, write, edit, and adapt K-12 curricula and programs.-Oversee more than 40 professional educators and more than 40 teen madrichim, including supervising and assisting in classrooms, and guiding recruitment, training, and evaluation.-Teach high school Jewish Studies course, tailoring curriculum to teens’ interests and passions to enhance Jewish engagement and instill values that challenge and better the wider community.-Lead innovative t’filah for K-12 students, including in-depth text and ritual engagement, song-leading, and student-led services.-Plan, prepare, and execute religious school special events and programs, including carnivals, expos, guest speakers, community retreats, and family education programs.-Support students with disabilities by working with learning specialists and social workers to accommodate IEP and 504 plans.-Organize, publicize, and lead monthly (or more frequent) youth events, including retreats, scavenger hunts, lock-ins, social action experiences, and recreation.-Collaborate with executives, clergy, management, and facilities staff to adhere to calendars, agendas, mission, and visions.

-Wrote, revised, and improved comprehensive Jewish Studies curriculum for 3rd grade units touching on a wide range of topics, texts, student intelligences, and subject areas.-Designed engaging and memorable lessons based on school-wide curriculum.-Led curriculum workshops, organized events, worked closely with parents, and facilitated group meetings and one-on-one check-ins with students, staff, and administrators.-Taught younger students (2 classes, 3 times per week) Jewish history, tradition, and personal connections.-Coordinated materials and lesson plans for up to 30 lessons per week across varying grade levels and levels of teacher experience.-Taught Grades 3-12
