Service Center Specialist
CurrentTroubleshoot with hospital staff on the following;slow/poor performance computers, slow/frozen software, policy updates, account creation (based on users role), account transfers (user switching departments), account disables (user left organization).Answer phones for locations all across northern Arizona that use Northern Arizona Healthcare systems.Work with tier two departments to find a faster solution to end user issues without having to send tickets out their way.Assist in enrolling users in MFA and re-enrolling.Provide excellent documentation in ticket in case of having to go to a tier 2 team.
