I'm not shy, and my professional style is very casual. I do not take myself seriously, so long as the objective is on task. I aim to be authentic and approachable. I am adept at reading individuals or a crowd and reacting/communicating appropriately. In others I insist upon accountability, but I error on the side of trust and treat even difficult people with dignity and respect.My life experience is wide and varied, following a path of many tragedies but far more blessings.I lost my father at a young age in a workplace accident. I myself was severely injured at work in 2016, which triggered my career switch to safety. I have held positions as a manager, custom ag applicator, truck driver, park superintendent, conservation technician, and a few other odd's and ends.
