Developed an operator training program for the Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate Manufacturing Facility at the Kings Mountain site. The training document features both general and detailed sections that outline all aspects of the production process from the purchasing of raw material to packaged final product. Created training proficiency exams used to test the knowledge of operations staff in regards to the production process. The Operations Management Team uses performance on this exam to measure an operators understanding of the unit and identify areas where additional training can be implemented.

South Haven, Michigan

Completed overhead piping design for a 200 gallon batch reactor system. This included drafting P&IDs, producing rough pipe isometrics, and working with pipe fitters during installation.Performed a time study of the shift supervisors to reduce the number of non-value added tasks from their daily schedule. Obtained introductory work experience with product regulations, production planning/implementation, and equipment specifications required in a cGMP manufacturing facility.
