*Marketing Plan Formation & Implementation*Researched, prepped, planned, and constructed a 30+ paged marketing plan for a new concept and service called “mud wash”.*Researched, prepped, planned, and wrote a 54 paged business plan, entered it into TMU Idea Labs 2024, was selected as 1 of 5 finalists out of 18 entries, and placed 2nd in the competition by the end of the process. TMU Idea Labs is a competition hosted by Truett McConnell University’s school of business and Novel Ventures.

*Cut for parts, assisted in welding, installation of gates/operators and rails, observed how my higher-ups handled customer service and relations on and off site, and worked several hours (sometimes running from 6am to 8pm).*Learned endurance, a hard day’s work, efficiency with time and resources, and customer service skills.
