I began as a night auditor and worked my way up to the second shift because due to my hearing (I am hard of hearing), it took me a little longer but I managed to strive and succeeded. I became confident in myself and knew I could do this. I knew I wanted to broaden my skills further when I worked at TownePlace Place Suites by Marriott. I am experienced as a General Manage, specializing in brand standards optimization, improving guest service scores, meeting employee satisfaction goals that result in higher occupancy, and having multiple property management systems such as SynXis, OnQ, Fosse, and Visual Matrix (Cloud). I also have learned M3 and Inn-Flow.
