• Analyze customer accounts prior to billing miles, including but not limited to rate and input from customer (over 400 mileage invoices created each month)• Process billing of non-mileage activities as requested by field personal or contract• Work with Credit to review customer disputes and determine appropriate resolution• Sets up new customers and rates on the Linux System• Produce tire brand reports and prorated reports on accounts as required by contract

Cost Accountant:- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting and analysis for Hong Kong corporate team- Manage inventory on hand: raw materials, imported product, WIP control, and finished goods- Manage scrap report, sales reconciliation, purchase price variance reconciliation, and material variance reconciliation- Manage intercompany in-transit and purchase price variance recon- Post inventory transactions and sales invoices to general ledger- Perform cost roll ups including verifying material costs, labor routings, and material overhead routings- Manage customer funded projects including tooling, sample revenue and expense, and non-recurring engineering costsStaff Accountant:- Maintain three North America Companies intergroup accounts receivable reconciliations (48 intercompany recons)- Create and post all accounts receivable intercompany invoices- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations for Accounting Managers review (80 accounts)- Manage seven uniform invoices which include ordering new uniforms, replacements, returns and cancellations - Track monthly spend, review capitalization, and disposals of fixed assets- Maintain fixed asset register for quarterly fixed asset review- Prepare and post manual journal entries to general ledgerAccounts Payable:- Process third party production invoices and manage vender returns- Research, analyze, and root cause AP problem invoices
