My Name Is Caleb Cowden I am originally from Dallas TX but my spouse and I currently live on the outskirts of Fort Worth in Weatherford TX. I come from a long line of proud Texans stemming from an even prouder Irish heritage. My family has deep historic roots in the Texas Business society across many industries since we made the journey from Ireland all the way to Palo Pinto county Texas. My family made our mark in Texas history as cattle ranchers first. The Cowden Ranch was headquartered in Midland TX. and stretched all the way out to far Eastern New Mexico where my family founded the City of JAL NM. When the oil boom hit Texas we made a pivot out of cattle ranching and took full advantage of the Ranch’s sub surface rights which propelled us as a big contender right into the Texas big oil scene. Today our main two sides of the family business is either in Oil with the family company now headquartered in Houston, or In Real Estate & Land Development. I am a highly motivated self starter, networker and business growth professional, it runs thick in my DNA as a Cowden! I love what I do. I get to wake up every day and help inspire people to do what inspires them! I get the privilege of networking with the realest, most down to earth people...because I love what I do, I excel in developing strategic relationships that span multi-industry as well as internationally. The words I would use to describe myself are Entrepreneur, Networker, Real Estate Investor & Business Growth Strategist/Analyst. My skill set is pinpointing key industry specific market holes that I can then develop systems and processes to achieve scalable growth within a strategic timeframe. I have built several companies since 2016 but my biggest accomplishment was a company I built without risking any of my own capital…PUMA Trailers LLC. (A Trailer Manufacturing Company.) I fully funded this venture strictly using OPM (Other Peoples Money) and in 4 years scaled it to a company worth 45 Million. All before I turned 27! Real Estate is my passion, along side consulting with business owners like yourself as a M&A Specialist. I do Real Estate with my family ran brokerage (Cowden Real Estate) based locally right here in Fort Worth Texas! It’s important for people to know I believe that in business experiencing failures is a positive thing! It’s how we learn and develop as entrepreneurs.
