This involves analyzing supply and demand dynamics, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, working closely with them to understand project details, timelines, and available units.• Meet with potential buyers to assess their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide them with information about off-plan properties and their potential advantages.• Showcase off-plan properties to clients, presenting detailed information about project specifications, floor plans, amenities, and expected completion dates. Address any questions or concerns clients may have.• Assist clients in negotiating purchase agreements and contracts with developers. Ensure that contracts are comprehensive, legally sound, and protect the interests of buyers.• Provide financial guidance to clients, including information on payment plans, mortgage options, and associated costs such as registration fees and taxes.• Oversee the collection and verification of all necessary documentation for property transactions, including legal documents, payment receipts, and other paperwork required for property registration.• Manage the entire off-plan property transaction process, from the initial agreement to the final closing. Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.• Educate clients about the risks and benefits of purchasing off-plan properties, including potential delays and market fluctuations. Provide realistic expectations regarding the development timeline.• Develop effective marketing strategies to promote off-plan projects to potential buyers. This may involve creating marketing materials, organizing property showings, and leveraging digital marketing platforms.
