I have experience as a small business owner that has navigated buying and selling my own businesses. I understand how to position, market, and sell founder lead companies to strategic and institutional investors. I’m keenly familiar with the challenges that small to medium sized companies experience when they are planning on exiting ownership and getting ready for the next phase of life.I work closely with leading advisors, consultants, attorneys, and accountants to help small business owners successfully transact.We have a focus on secondary markets, and we understand the challenges faced by owners in these regions.We at Amaris plan on leveraging our experiences to transform how the Dakotas transact.
