Caleb is a Project Manager, P.Eng. in the Land Development industry. He has more than seven years of experience with green and brown field land development projects in several municipalities with a focus on the GTA. He has worked on many projects ranging from small site plans to large multi-hectare mixed-use subdivisions and industrial developments. His responsibilities have included project management, due diligence, functional servicing reports, detailed engineering design, cost estimates, preparation of CCDC 4 contract documents, and utility coordination.
